Restaurant managers, Laurie and Steve opened up a restaurant together in hopes of intertwining a fast casual restaurant with a focus on healthy food choices. Laurie, a registered dietitian, applies her knowledge on nutrition into the meals served today. Steve, a seasoned business manager in the restaurant industry has always enjoyed the connection between people and food. Together, they bring their passion into the cuisine.
