Laurie, a registered dietitian with expertise in nutritional science, and Steve, a seasoned restaurant industry professional with over two decades of experience in restaurant management and culinary arts, wanted to open a vibrant restaurant dedicated to providing healthy, fresh food to the community.
Our shared passion for sourcing high-quality ingredients, promoting healthy eating habits, and fostering a sense of community drives every aspect of their menu and the exceptional service they offer.

We love this wrap/salad/smoothie spot for its fresh food and friendly service! I appreciate being able to customize the wraps (for example, no cheese or whole wheat wrap) to meet our families preferences. The Buffalotarian is a favorite!
Can't find anything I don't like this place except that I wish it was easier for me to get to since I moved out of the area! A lovely, family-owned business that clearly cares about the quality of their work. More often than not, I indulge because it's worth it. The workers are always friendly and helpful, quality is consistent, and I never feel guilty after partaking. Best smoothie place around.
